It is both an honor and a privilege to welcome you to the official website of the Southwestern Region of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. As Regional Director, I am humbled by the opportunity to serve alongside dedicated leaders and committed brothers who work tirelessly to advance our beloved fraternity's mission.

Phi Beta Sigma was founded on the enduring principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service, guided by our motto, "Culture For Service and Service For Humanity." These ideals have remained the foundation of our organization for more than a century and continue to inspire our efforts to positively impact our communities, our profession, and one another.

​

As we embark on this biennium, our regional platform—A Brotherhood of Intention—serves as both a call to action and a commitment to purposeful leadership. Intentional Brotherhood challenges us to move beyond mere membership and toward meaningful engagement, genuine connection, and collective accountability. It calls upon each of us to be deliberate in strengthening our chapters, supporting our collegiate brothers, developing future leaders, and expanding our impact throughout the Southwestern Region.
