It is with great enthusiasm that we announce Memphis, Tennessee as the host city for the 71st Annual Southwestern Regional Leadership Conference for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. The members of the Southwestern Region, which encompasses six states: Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, have partnered with the Service for Humanity, a nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable organization to host the conference.
